RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Zenlix, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return period, which means you may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Requested for return within 30 days of delivery
• Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase

Items that are damaged, altered, incomplete, or show signs of misuse after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled separately as described below.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin a return, contact us at:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The reason for your return
• Photos or a short video if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.

Please do not send an item back before receiving approval from us. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For returns due to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return has been completed. Zenlix is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Zenlix will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you after the issue has been reviewed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@shopzenlix.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

After reviewing the information, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement
• A partial refund
• A full refund

The appropriate solution will depend on the circumstances of the order and the issue reported.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel or change an order before it has been fulfilled.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@shopzenlix.com with your order number.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing or been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it must be handled according to this Return and Refund Policy.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card provider, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@shopzenlix.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
• Items missing components, accessories, or original packaging
• Items sent back without prior return approval
• Gift cards, where applicable

These restrictions do not apply when an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.

The fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may provide a replacement where appropriate.
