SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Zenlix. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, estimated delivery times, tracking, address changes, and how shipping issues are handled.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Zenlix currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping destinations are determined during checkout. If your address cannot be accepted at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
SHIPPING COST
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
Any applicable charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Our current estimated delivery time is:
7–14 business days
This estimate includes normal order processing and transit time unless a different estimate is displayed during checkout.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of:
• High order volumes
• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Customs or transportation inspections
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Events outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when a shipment is delayed.
ORDER PROCESSING
After your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order is sent for processing.
Orders cannot be shipped until payment has been authorized and the required customer and delivery information has been provided.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Tracking information may not update immediately after the shipping confirmation is sent. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to register the shipment.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To request an address change, order change, or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and the requested change.
We will attempt to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been fulfilled.
Once an order has shipped, the delivery address normally cannot be changed by Zenlix.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please carefully review:
• Recipient name
• Street address
• Apartment or unit number
• City
• State
• ZIP code
• Email address
Zenlix is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Occasional carrier delays can occur after an order has shipped.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact:

Please include your order number so that we can review the shipment and assist you.
PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check your mailbox and surrounding delivery area
• Ask members of your household
• Check with neighbors or building staff
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct
If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly at support@shopzenlix.com.
We will help review the available tracking and delivery information. A replacement or refund may be offered where the shipment is confirmed as lost, depending on the circumstances and carrier investigation.
LOST PACKAGES
If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, contact us with your order number.
After reviewing the tracking information, we may provide:
• A replacement shipment
• A full refund
• Another appropriate resolution
The resolution will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and the available carrier information.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@shopzenlix.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the product and packaging
Damaged, defective, and incorrect orders are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately by our fulfillment or logistics partners.
If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number or packages may arrive on different days.
