This website is operated by Zenlix. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zenlix.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of shopzenlix.com, including any purchases made through the website.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country or place of residence to make a purchase from our store.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, prices, and availability as accurately as possible.
Actual colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings, lighting, or product batch.
Zenlix is a rechargeable heat resealer with a built-in cutter. It is not a vacuum-sealing device. Product performance may vary depending on the material, thickness, and condition of the bag being sealed.
Products should be used only for their intended purpose and according to the instructions provided.
We may update product descriptions, specifications, packaging, pricing, or availability when necessary, provided that the essential characteristics of an already purchased product are not materially changed without notice.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our United States storefront are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other costs, if any, will be displayed before the order is completed.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be provided through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other third-party payment providers.
We do not directly store complete payment card information. Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers.
4. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received the order request.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• An obvious pricing or listing error
• Product unavailability
• Shipping restrictions
• A transaction that appears unlawful or violates these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, address, payment method, or order where reasonably necessary.
5. ORDER INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
You are responsible for checking that your name, delivery address, email address, and other order details are correct before completing checkout.

We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after the order has entered processing or has been fulfilled.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.
Our standard estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by order volume, carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address.
Zenlix is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers according to applicable law and the delivery arrangements stated at checkout.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation before an order has been fulfilled by contacting:

We will attempt to process the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
All returns, refunds, damaged products, defective products, incorrect products, and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Do not send a product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
9. PERSONAL USE AND RESALE
Products purchased from Zenlix are intended primarily for personal or household use.
You may not purchase products for unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, or any purpose that infringes our intellectual property or the rights of another party.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through shopzenlix.com, including the Zenlix name, branding, logos, product presentation, written content, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, and website design, is owned by Zenlix or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.
You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
11. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

Customers remain responsible for using the product safely, properly, and according to its intended purpose.

This section does not reduce or remove any mandatory consumer protection available to you.
